Guarantee
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your frame,
return it within 30 days and we will refund the full
purchase amount or send you a replacement.
Fulfillment
Each frame is hand made to your specifications and each
frame is truly unique. Please allow us 10 to 15 business
days to craft your custom frame.
Shipping
Our standard method of shipping is UPS ground. Allow
3 to 7 days to receive your frame once it has been shipped.
Please provide a street address for the shipping address.
UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. Our standard shipping
rate is $13.50. Shipping will be more for large frames
and orders with multiple frames. Please call for pricing
for expedited shipping needs.
Damage
During Shipping
In the unlikely event your frame is damaged during shipping
we will promptly ship you a replacement. We take pride
in making sure your frame is packed well to arrive in
good condition.
Special
Requests
If you have an odd size diploma or creative configuration,
we can make a frame for you. We can make almost any
configuration you can think of. Just give us a call
