Because our frames are custom made, please allow us 7 to 10 days to craft your frame. Shipping takes anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive at your location.
Our standard method of shipping is UPS or FedEx. When your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number from UPS or FedEx. You will be able to start tracking your package after it is picked up by UPS or FedEx from our facility.

The good news is, shipping is free!  We take great care to ensure your frame arrives in good condition.  If your diploma frame arrives damaged please let us know immediately and we will promptly get a new one sent out to you.
